Check In

Please check in at clubhouse on arrival (normal business hours 8am-5pm 7 days a week). Check In begins at 4pm unless an early check-in is approved by the pro shop. If arriving outside normal business hours, please contact the pro shop at (828) 675-5454 to settle any balance due and receive instructions for retrieving your key.

Head south on NC-80 S toward S Toe River Rd
Slight right onto S Toe River Rd
Turn right to stay on S Toe River Rd
Sharp right onto Fairway Loop
Destination will be on the right

Checkout

Checkout time is 10am. On checkout, please return the thermostat to 78*. Please return your house key to the pro shop no later than 10am unless a late check-out has been approved. If you need a place to store luggage, please let us know and we’ll be glad to lock it in the pro shop for you while you play a round, dine or explore Burnsville.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE YOUR HOME.
We love our wildlife, but we don’t love cleaning up behind them! Don’t let your trash become the bear’s dinner, please leave your trash bags inside your cabin on departure. If you have trash midway through your stay, please bring it to the pro shop for a staff member to throw it in the dumpster.

Fly Fishing
Fly fishing permits can be purchased in the pro shop. NC Fishing License required. Fly fishing, catch and release ONLY using barbless, single hooks. Permits should be displayed on provided lanyard at all times and presented to wardens upon request.
